All the employees were very very helpful and top-class. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast with a huge variety of great food.

Very attentive staff, greatservices, including a wide range of outstanding delicacies. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control in the room. The pool area is great too.

The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and top-class. The views of the ocean and pool area are magnificent. The location is incredible and lovely, very close to Zoia Spa. The hotel rooms are well-appointed and top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay on vacation.

Service was generally very good, but sometimes lacked of attention (breakfast, dinner).

The resort's property and rooms are lovely. Our beds were incredibly comfortable and our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. However, the best feature of the Hyatt Regency Aruba is its staff who were friendly, helpful, competent and happy to do whatever they could to enhance our stay at the hotel. From the housekeepers to the waiters to the bartenders to the concierge, who all provided help or service with a smile, thank you!

This beautiful resort is located right on the beach, providing stunning views of the white sand and blue water. The location is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Additionally, the resort offers a new adult-only pool, which is a great addition for those looking for a more peaceful experience.

Some guests experienced slow restaurant service and issues with housekeeping, including stained sheets.

Breakfast very expensive and although the average was room for two adults and two children counted breakfasts for kids!

The staff is helpful and patient, their attitude is great. The room is top-notch and brand-new with comfy beds. The bathroom is huge, and the breakfast was awesome and marvelous. Early check-in and late check-out were accommodating. it was a very good experience at the resort.

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, with well-maintained grounds. The staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful. The clean-up staff ensures the rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean. The breakfast buffet serves delicious food.
